At Leen Adventures, we understand that your journey to climb Mount Kilimanjaro or experience a Tanzania Safari is a once-in-a-lifetime adventure.
We also recognize that unexpected circumstances can sometimes affect travel plans. To ensure clarity and fairness for all our guests and partners, we have outlined our cancellation and refund policy below.
Every Leen Adventures experience involves coordination with multiple trusted partners, all of whom require advance payments. These include accommodations, park authorities, local airlines, and suppliers.
Once payments are made, many of these costs become non-refundable, which limits our ability to offer full refunds in every case.
We are also committed to supporting local communities and ensuring the job security of our Tanzanian team.
Therefore, refund requests are handled with both fairness and sustainability in mind.
We understand that emergencies such as illness, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events can arise.
In such cases, we strive to be as flexible as possible and will review each situation individually.
Where possible, we will offer partial or full refunds or help you reschedule your trip at no extra cost.
Once a cancellation request is received, we will review and respond within 72 hours.
All tours require a non-refundable deposit of USD 100 per person.
This deposit is transferable to new travel dates or another traveler.
